Rental Properties
The former St. Margaret Mary School Building is currently being leased by a charter school, LoveWorks Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. LoveWorks opened in September 2005 and serves grades K-8. LoveWorks provides students with a solid academic foundation that develops the "whole child". The core philosophy of this approach will encompass learning theories developed by educational psychologist Lev Vygotsky and supported by selected educational methodologies of Marva Collins in the academic environment. The rigorous curriculum values intellect over mere rote knowledge in a structured and nurturing environment. LoveWorks also provides an extensive arts based program that will encourage student's to develop their creative beings.
